I found on the 1896 census application (Dawes Final Roll), the following family card:
Cherokee Tribe, Westville
Charley Whitmire age 52, 1/2 Cherokee
Palmyra Whitmire age 45, 1/8 Cherokee
Andy Whitmire age 20, 5/16 Cherokee
James Whitmire age 17, 5/16 Cherokee
Noah Whitmire age 14, 5/16 Cherokee
Jack Whitmire age 12, 5/16 Cherokee
parents: Elijah and Sidney Phillips
parents: George and Elizabeth Whitmire
