"URL" is a fancy term for address. The URL of your note, for instance, was

http://genforum.genealogy.com/pack/messages/1628.html

This one will probably be
http://genforum.genealogy.com/pack/messages/1629.html

It is in the little box that says "Address".

Without the address I'm lost, just like the fire department if you call and say "My house is on fire! It's the grey one with the pine tree my Uncle planted in 1973! Help! Help!"
