John W. PACK m. Ruth LAKEY in MO in 1848

In 1850 Census John Wesley PACK was living in Greene Co., MO with Ruth and 2 yr. old daughter Martha J. Ruth's mother Phoebe and her two brothers Jacob and Simon LAKEY had places nearby. In 1860 they were gone. Does anyone know where John Wesley and Ruth PACK went? Or who his parents were? I'd appreciate any help.
