I'm trying to make the connection between the LaForge and Pack families. My grandfather was named William LaForge Pack, his grandfather was named Charles LaForge Pack, etc. The earliest Pack I have is a George Pack (1634-1704)... I don't know what country he or his parents came from. All I know is my grandfather said there was an illustrious LaForge in their family and that's why they all used it as their middle name. About two minutes ago in the LaForge forum I came across a Jean LaForge whose daughter married a certain William Martin Pack... could this be my key? Do any of you have any info on a William Martin Pack who married a LaForge??
