No, I do not have a Franklin Bishop in my files. The Bishops were in Pike Co. KY by 1840, then on to Morgan Co., KY - they came from VA. My Pack line did not come to KY until after the Civil War. They were from VA also. I cannot fine a connection. Perhaps the Wm. F. Pack is connected to the Geo. Pack line who went to Lawrence Co. KY. Sorry I cannot help.
