I don't understand your reference to Kingman or that date. The thirteen children you listed were the children of Nathaniel Packard, born about 1657 almost certainly in Weymouth [Packard's Progress 17:11], son of immigrants Samuel and Elizabeth (___) Packard; and Lydia Smith, born 10-Apr-1660 in Dedham [Dedham VR 7], daughter of John and Lydia (Eliot) Smith.
