I have no idea where he fits in. I just found the picture and his name under it. He could be the same one. Another picture in the book was of VT Gov. Barstow. He was also a relative of mine. He could have been a political "friend" of the Gov. I do not have a date as yet but the pictures are all from the mid-late 1800's.
