Rebecca was the daughter of George Packard and Mary Edson. Mary was the daughter of Samuel Edson, III and Mary Deane, Mary Deane was the daughter of Benjamin Deane and Sarah Williams. Sarah Williams was the daughter of Samuel Williams and Mary Gilbert, Samuel was the son of Richard Williams and Frances Dighton. Frances was descended from the Lords and Barons Berkeley and a descendent of King Edward I of England. See the book "Ancestral Roots of 60 Colonists" to New England by Weis.
