Lewis Erskine Packard (born 1864)was the son of Lemuel Erskine Packard (1836-1906) and Frances Jane Williams (1842-1883). Lemuel was the brother of my Greatgrandfather Charles of Troy Township. They both were the sons of William Packard (1802-1882) and Dolly Spencer (1805-1897) who settled in Bradford County, PA.
William had migrated with his brothers Silas and Joel, and sister Millie from MA, possibly from Phelam. After that it gets a little sketchy for me. There are a couple Daniel Packards mentioned, but I am unable to confirm the links.
