You mentioned that your great-grandfather was Charles Packard. Can you tell me if the following is true?
His full name was Charles Edward Packard and he married Sarah J. Greenough. They had a daughter Emma Loretta Packard who married Martin C. Hager. They had a son, Charles Hager and a daughter Effie Hager, born about 1879.
My grandmother-in-law is Rhea Emma Packard. I am trying to figure out who were her father's parents, grandparents, and so on. I thought that her middle name might be the key. We have exchanged notes before - or I should say, you provided me with a great deal of information.
If you can confirm the above, I would really appreciate it. If you have anything on William Packard who married Anna Ayres and had a son Ralph Howard Packard (Rhea's father) - it would be greatly appreciated. We are presenting Rhea with our findings over the holidays.
