Packard automobile history.

In 1903 there was a auto race across the United States.
First to finish was the Vermont motor carriage.
Second place was the Packard motor carriage.
Third place was the Oldsmobile motor carriage.
These 3 were the only Autos entered .
However the Packard was the first car to take a whole family
on a trip.
Just thought my Packard relatives might like to know this
