I just noticed the following posting Terri PACKARD made to the PACKARD Family on July 03, 2000:

I have been researching Packards in Trumbull Co. Ohio Your Bible probably belonged to the Thomas Packard son of Garrett Packard. He was the first white child born in Berlin Ohio in 1809. He is the 1st cousin of My Thomas Packard born 1810/11.

Was Garrett PACKARD married to Eleanor P. HENDRICKSON? I only have two of their children: Garad (Possibly Garrett) PACKARD, b. abt. 1815 in Mahoning Co., OH & m. Mary WILLINGTON and Ashberry "Asby" Denny PACKARD, Sr., b. 22 July 1816 in Mahoning Co., OH & m. 29 April 1845 in Johnson Co., IA to Nancy Aiken MONTGOMERY. I am interesed in Garrett's family, his PACKARD lineage and specifically in Asby and Nancy's family. Namely their children: Winfield S.; Nancy Adaline; Charlotte; Helen A.; Viola John; Amelia and Asby D. PACKARD, Jr. I would appreciate any information you may have on these PACKARD family lines!
