Packenhams of Sussex, England, pre 17th century

Does anyone have a pedigree of the Packenhams of Sussex?

My Packenham ancestry starts with Ann Packenham who married Sir William Sydney of Penshurst, Kent. She was said to be born in Atherotn, Sussex and have died 22 Oct 1544. Her father was siad ot be of Lordington, Sussex.

From WorldConnect on rootsweb I have got a pedigree going back to Sir Edmund Packenham and Rohesia de Valoines, but there are no dates or places attached (Rohesia's sister died 1325).

Any help much appreciated.
