All I have on Elizabeth Packingham's family is that she was a sister of Ann Packingham who married William Rettew. Ann was born Jan. 13, 1781 in Lancaster Co. and died Nov. 24, 1855 in Lancaster Co. and is buried at Carpenters Church Cemetery.
