For those who are unable to get ahold of ON FOOTINGS OF THE PAST, the book is on microfilm and available through your local family history center library - not as good as having the book in hand, but I recommend that route as second best choice to get the information. It is a well-written book and worth the effort of reading it on microfilm, if there's no other way.
