The notes, reflections, questions, etc., are written by the Reverend Ingram Cobbin, M.A. The family record lists a marriage at Holyoke on December 24, 1874 between Willard N. Packer and Maggie A. Hinks. The marriage performed by Rev. R. J. Adams Also listed is the birth of Minnie Packer, born Friday, April 6, 1877 at 1:30pm in Cleveland. Also born in Cleveland is Elsie May Packer on sunday May 1, 1881 at 9pm. The birth and death of Willard N. Packer is shown as born Sept. 25, 1853 in Boston, Ma and died Ded. 19, 1936 in Los Angeles, Ca. Attached are scans of the two noteworthy items found in the back of the bible. One is a newsclipping in a small envelope addressed to Mrs. Jack Cosgrave, 1612 Lemayne St., Los Angeles, Calif. The postmark is dated 1933. The other scan is an invitation to a reception. My cousin has this bible that was something my late uncle found in my grandfather things after he passed away. Trying to find a family member of either of theese two to send it too.
