My grandfather William Howard Packer was born in Howard Pa. I have not traced the howard connection as yet,but his eldest son one of my uncles was Howard Frank Packer. Does any of this tie into you family ? My grandfathers brothers and sisters were: Maude Elizabeth, Mildred Beula, Clara May, Irvine, Albert, Harry, Bess Alice. My great grandfather was Sherwood Jarius Packer also called Jarius Wood Packer
