My father's name was Marvin Edward Packett. He was born 2/27/22 in Bell City, MO. When I read the different spellings you had listed for Packett, I was reminded of something I heard as a child. My father said the spelling of his family name had been changed from (I believe)Paquette. Do you have any information on relatives in or around MO?
