Thanks for your response.
I believe the Sarah who married George Packwood, 1774-1854, is Sarah C. Hinman which explains the middle name of their son William H., and grandson George Hinman Packwood, 1833-1912. The middle name of George and that of his father, William, has been erroneously reported in transcriptions.
It is also reported that Rachel Rheams who married James Tucker was first married to George Hinman Packwood, and had a son, George H. Packwood, born June 10, 1833. This information is problematic.
Do you have any additional information on this Packwood/Wheat family?
