Does anyone have information as to the precise relationship between the Benjamin and Emily Miller Paden family and the John Paden line they were associated with in DeKalb County, AL about the 1840s? The John Paden line moved to what is now Sharp County, AR during the 1850s. The John Paden line included sons John Paden, Jr., and Robert Paden. Both of these sons married women named Copeland. In DeKalb County, AL, John Paden, Sr., assigned land to Benjamin Paden but I have not been able to determine if Benjamin was the son of John Paden, Sr., a brother, or what.
