Can anyone tell me the year of death of Elizabeth Trimble Painter Hanson? She was born in Salem, Virginia, c. 1883, and attended Roanoke College, where she met her husband, Henry William Andrew Hanson. They lived first in Pittsburgh, then in Harrisburg, PA, where Henry was a Lutheran pastor. Henry became president of Gettysburg College in 1929, and he and Elizabeth lived there until 1952. They lived in Harrisburg thereafter. Henry died in 1962, but I can't find anything about when Elizabeth passed on. I'm an archivist at Gettysburg College, processing some materials from the Hanson family. Would appreciate any information. Thanks in advance.
