Hi, Chris, and any other Palcich types! Many thanks for your note, Chris. Yes, you have our ANton... and now, there are some questions! (you knew there'd be a price for replying kindly, right? ;-))
1st. Do you (or any other readers here) know anything about the guy, who I believe was another Anton, who was the father of Anton, Rudolf and Yos (aka Tony, Rudy and Joe)? Tom(in Chisholm, MN) thinks he was married to a woman named Avcin (surname) but don't know where he found that. Do you know of any sisters to Anton, Rudolf and Yos? (I know, Daniel already told me females are difficult to track...)
2nd. You reminded me I have next to nothing on Yos/Josip/Joe, not even dob. I will rummage, would appreciate if you run across anything.
3rd. Do you know anything about the story that Rudolf returned to Slovenia for a sister and ended up in the A-H army during WWI?
I'll do a separate post on the DNA question as this is already pretty long.
May I write you at the fasola address? Please feel free to contact Will and I at the proconsuls one.
Regards to you and readers, too! Cyndy
