My great great grandfather is Joseph Palfery, and he is buried in the St Petrox cemetery. He was baptised in Brixham and occupation is mariner. I can get a little further back on that side but they seem to be born in Whimple. Joseph's son, William Robert, came to Australia in 1862 and was a member of the crew on the ship. We seem to have come from the same background, maybe related maybe not.
