Thank you very much! I know that I am desended from Seth and George.. Nice to hear from others who are related..
I am sorry to hear that the PALMATEER reunion in estacada is not held anymore,, My dad attended some of the last 2 or three. Thats where he got the Family Tree place mats (That I have misplaced and can't find).
About PALMATEER POINT!!, I found the map on the internet but don't remember the web site.. So this am I went to MSN (my provider) and entered PALMATEER POINT in the search menu.. I got 641 matches for it.. I downloaded the 3rd one on the list about Oregon photos, hoping I might see something. I had thought that I might have to go through a lot of them but I got a hit right away.. One of the photos had a caption the said it was a photo of Mt. Hood taken from the PALMATEER Point Trail.. very interesting! Now I am going to have to go There.. PALMATEER POINT is about halfway between Upper and Lower Twin Lakes and Barlow Pass, just south of Mt. Hood, if that helps..
Thanks for the reply and hope to here from you again..
