Palmaters in Canada

Hi folks, I have been looking for info on James Palmater and Lucinda Hall. Well, last night my father told me a story he heard when he was a child. That James was acctually a Hall from Ohio and that Lucinda was a Palmater from Canada. Now if that were true and James changed his name it could very well be that Lucinda was either born in Amhurstberg, Ontario or the surrounding areas. As this is were they lived and my grandmother Mable was born. Now I have learned that William, Mables brother has decendants in Dalhousie, Quebec. And that I have relatives still there. I know that Lucinda was buried in Amhurstberg next to James. I do not know what cematery. If any one has reason to believe there is a connection to there research please won't you help. Thank you.
