Palmateers from Prince Edward County

Happy New Year Palmateer Family Historians!

I am most interested in Palmateers from Prince Edward County and in particular, the Marysburgh (North and South) variety.

There are three marriages of Polmatier (Palmateer)and Starks (Stark) with two in the early 1800's. Zachariah Stark(s) married Mary Jane Polmatier (Polmatier)in 1840. There is also a marriage between a Catherine Starts (should be Stark) and John Polmatier on May 2, 1809 in Marysburgh Twp. (according to Langhorn Register).

Lucy Jane Palmateer married into the family in the 1880's as well.

Any help would be most appreciated. I do lots of Prince Edward County family research. Some of the others I am tracking are Edmonds (Athol), Davis and Lowery (Marysburgh) and Whitlow (Marysburgh).

Happy to exchange or coordinate efforts.

Dennis
