Hi Dan!

I hope this message finds you. I may be able to help as I have done some pretty extensive digging on the Palmateers from Northumberland County.

I have birth (1869-1909), marriage (1870-1924) and deaths (1873-1934) for Palmatiers across Ontario.

Most Palmateers in Canada started out from the five county area of Northumberland on the west to Frontenac in the East. There were tons of them in Hastings and Lennox & Addington counties between the first two and Prince Edward County to the south that sticks out into Lake Ontario.

They spread wide and far with descendants located in Oregon, North Carolina, Michigan, Wisconsin and Indiana in the United States and apparently Alberta, Manitoba and British Columbia in Western Canada.

I can be reached at directly.
