Who can explain the relationships implicit in this deed abstract:

Cumberland Co, VA
Deed Book 21, p 382
13 Feb 1834

Tennison B. Anderson of Pike Co., OH
to
Martha A. Walker of Cumberland Co., VA
and
Sarah B. Baughan of Cumberland Co., VA

43.5 acres, the same being the two lots of land which ROBERT CALDWELL and MARTHA CALDWELL inhereited from the estate of THOMAS CALDWELL, designated in the division as lots 6 and 8 (report of commissioners Sep 1818).

The report of commissioners was in the chancery suit of JANE PALMORE et al. v. John Caldwell, et al. (Cumberland Co. Chancery file 1818-006). Has anyone info on this suit and its various parties?
