I am looking for information regarding a Robert P Palmore born Mar 1839 (maybe 1838) in Kentucky.
What I know of Robert is that in the 1870 US Census he was residing in Pleasant Hill, Cass, Missouri. Also recorded in his household is a Lucinda Palmore born Cir. 1847 in Tennessee (or possibly Virginia). The next confirmed record of Robert is in the 1900 US Census in Washington, Crawford, Kansas. Robert had a son a John William Palmore born 1873. I don't know of any other offspring.
I have two possible record matches for Robert. The 1850 US Census for Monroe, Kentucky where a Robert Palmore is listed in the household of a Jamie Harling(?) (birth date and birth place are consistent). Also in the household is an Emily Palmore, probably a sister born Cir. 1838 also in Kentucky. Then in the 1860 US Census of Cumberland, Kentucky a R.P. Palmore (again consistent birth year and birth place) living with a family by the name of Beck (mostly likely a hired hand working as a farm laborer).
The only other information I have regarding Robert is that according to the 1900 US Census his parents were both born in Kentucky.
If anyone has any information regarding the parents of Robert P Palmore or his siblings please let me know.
