I'm not related.
Here is someone who has the data on the Wagner-Palmquist relation: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=:2161202&id=I110853143
Emil and Mary (Margrett) can be found in the 1910 and 1920 censuses living in North Versailles Township, Allegheny County, PA. Their children are as you describe: Pauline, Paul, Raymond, Tobias, Hazel, Mary M. and Clifford. In the 1920 census the enumerator must have been hard of hearing. In the same location and on the same street was the family of Emanuel Plamfert. I believe this is the same family because of the names of the children and the ages of the family members.
Emil Leo Palmquist's WWI draft card shows he was born June 28, 1874. The 1900 census of Oak Grove, Westmoreland County, PA lists an Emmil Palmquest, born June 1874 as the son of John, born Dec 1834 in Sweden and Sophia, born in 1832 in Sweden. They immigrated in 1869.
Some of these records you can look at for free at labs.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.
Here are where some Palmquists in Pennsylvania are buried: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gsr&GSfn=&GSmn=&GSln=Palmquist&GSby=&GSbyrel=in&GSdy=&GSdyrel=in&GScntry=4&GSst=40&GScnty=0&GSgrid=&df=all&GSob=n
If you are interested in researching more on the Palmquist Family there are several sources I can suggest checking into. However, most of them are not online.
