Spring,

Sounds like you have done a great deal of work-congratulations! Have you run across any Palser who migrated to Ohio? We have traced our ancestors to Huffman Palser b.abt 1845, d. 1919, mother Mary A. in Dublin Twp, Mercer Cty. Most of family later lived in Darke Cty/ Miami Cty, Covington, Bradford, Troy area. Family was likely in this part of Ohio as early as 1835 as Huffman has a sib, John Palser b. 1832 who is listed as born in OH in 1850 census. My stepsister has checked out Palsers in Cuyohoga/Cleveland area as relatives, but I have not ruled them out.

Sincerely,

Chris Palser
Franlin, OH
(from Covington/Miami County, Ohio)
