Hi James:

You belong to the family of the Immigrant, John George Paltzgroff, to PA in 1732, returned and came back in 1741.

Three sons: George, Jacob and Henry. Jacob went to VA in 1784 and KY before 1800. I descend from Jacob. George remained in PA, Montgomery Co, until 1784 and went to Berks and died in Schuyler Co. buried as a Rev Soldier. Henry remained at the homestead in Montgomery Co until about 1820+/-, sold it but don't know where he went, but in the vicinity. He had one son and few male descendants.

I have seen the name James Lincoln in earlier documents or items, so if you will end me the vitals on #s III, II and I, I should be able to link you to this one and perhaps to which one of the many sons of George-2 he belonged to.

This forum may get you a quicker answer, and I have a web page /site where you may find searchable material.
