Both my parents were born in Spezzano Piccolo. My mother's side of the family has alot of Greco's in it. My maternal great-grandfathers' name was Salvatore Fiore, born in 1875. His wife's name was Teresa Greco, born in 1873. Her parents names were Gaetano Greco, born 1833 and Raffaella Scarcelli. Hope this helps.
