Chris,
Do you know anything about Nancy Ann Pamplin, who married 21 Jan 1796 in Amherst Co. Va. to James Evans. Their marriage record says, consent of her father James Pamplin Sr. Surety, James Pamplin. James Pamplin made oath she was 21 years of age. I am trying to find information on James Evans. Can you help me with James Evans? I can not place him with the Evans' of Amherst Co. Any help will be appreciated.
