Mandy
I have a lot of information on the Jean/Jeane family. I am just trying to document it. I have been given all the information back to John Jean and Alcie, but have never seen anything to back up the information. I don't like to just go on word of mouth. I have to have the sources also. Birth, Baptismal, Census etc. No one seems able to provide or show where their information comes from. With my father's side I have census, birth/baptismal records and lots of other documents. If you know where to find any information like this I would sure appreciate it.

I am a descendant of James Monroe Jeane also. My mother is a born Jeane.

Donna
