George Lodewijk Pape

We are searching for G.L.Pape born 14/09/1867 in the Netherlands. We have been able to trace him untill 1907-10 in the Netherlands. After that he has supposedly gone to America.
We found a George Lodewijk in the 1920 census age 52 and born in the Netherlands. No birthday and no name of the parents. That George was naturalised in 1919. He was married to Mary and had two stepsons William O'Dell age 15 (in 1920)and Ralph Jones aged 4 (in 1920)
1920 census Pennsylvania, Luzerne Co. West Pittston, Borough, Ward 8, Enumeration District. 406 Delewara Ave 93/99.G.L.Pape was at the time a machinist in a machine shop.
If the one in America is not the person we are looking for, he most likely is a cousin as there were several George Lodewijks at the time re;lated to each other.
Can soneone assist us to find the birthdate/marriage certificate or naturalization papers. Any assistance will be mostly appreciated.
