Your father would be too young to be related to any of the Pape's from my mother's side. My uncle Bob Pape, the only boy, was born in the twenties and his son was born in the mid fifties. I will keep an eye out for any Pape, in that age group, as I continue to research the Pape family.

I don't know if you live in the Bay area, but there were only a few colleges that had grad programs in the sixties. You might be able to contact their alumni programs. There may be a privacy issue, but you could try the daughter card or look for online data bases????

I was in college in the late sixties. They were unusual times to say the least.
