We have them children of John and Martha "Patty" Follis. John was a son of Philip Parchman and Mary Guffey. Philip/Phillip had a brother named John who also settled and remained in Tennessee after the Amer. Rev. War. Phillip was a veteran as was another brother, Peter "Perchment/Parchman", who remained in Allegheny Co., Pa. A 4th brother, Jacob, was killed by Indians in W. Va. ca 1785-1790 at age 17. Phillip died in Monroe Co. Ms. ca 1826-1829 where his family had moved to from Tennessee ca 1819.
