Sarah Francis Parchment married Thomas Collier Jr. April 8, 1855. She was born 15 Oct. 1825 in Kentucky. She Died 20 Aug. 1865 in Montgomery Co. Tn and is buried in Blooming Grove Cemetary in Woodlawn, TN. Amanda Outlaw married Van Buren Stepp. Their child John married Sarah Francis Collier, daughter of Sarah and Thomas. They are my great grandparents. How are you related?
