My Grandfather was Liddell Jackson Parchman, born somewhere in East Texas or Fort Worth in the 1890's. He served in World War I, worked for Swift & Company in Fort Worth and Birmingham Alabama and transfered to the headquarters in Chicago in the early 30's. He had three kids Robert who died in WW II, may Dad LJP, Jr. and a daughter who died in her teens. LJP Senior died in 1956-57 in Chicago. My Dad,born in Fort Worth in 1924, had 3 kids including me. He now lives in Fort Collins, Co having retired as a cattle buyer for over 40 years.

I think we are somewhere in this line as I met my Great Uncle Haley in Fort Worth about 25 years ago on Parchman Street in Fort Worth. I presume he is William Haley and saw that William Haley had a brother listed on this site as a Laddel Jack.
