June, You said Henson and Sarah Day were in Monroe Co. Ms. in 1830 cencus. Well if that the case, this can`t be my Henson and Sarah Day. Henson is listed in Lawrence Co. Tn in 1820 & 1830 and he dies between 1830/38. as he names his wife Sarah in the estate settlement. I don`t find Sarah there in 1840. The reason I thought this was my
Henson and Sarah Parchman Day was Phillip and JAmes Parchman was listed in Lawrence Co. Tn in 1820. Sarah was this Henson`s second wife, they had a daughter named Permelia and a son named Henry D. Day [my ggg grandfather.], so I just knew I had found my link. Is it possible that Henson and Sarah Day went to Monroe Co. Ms. after the 1830 cencus was taken in LAwrence Co. Tn and came back to Tn before Henson died? Thanks for your information. There is so many things that really make me think they are one and the same.
