(S-16060) Nine Richard Parchman-Emaline Dunbar had a daughter Janie, b. 10 Sep 1886, Ellis Co., TX; d. 14 Jan 1959; m. Clyde William Kelly, b. 24 Aug 1887, New Providence, Montgomery Co., TN; d. 30 June 1966, Artesia, Los Angeles Co., CA, son of Samuel Walker Kelly, Jr. (1853, Dover, Stewart Co., TN-1934, Clarksville, Montgomery Co., TN) and Ella Wheatley Smith (2 Sep 1855, New Providence-17 July 1897, New Providence). Samuel was a son of samuel Walker Kelly, Sr. (26 Jan 1824, Stewart Co., TN-3 Sep 1854, Dover, Stewart; bu. City Cemetery, Dover) m. 22 Oct 1850 Cynthia Ann Tomlinson (9 May 1829, Stewart-4 July 1919, Danville, Houston Co., TN, bu. Fowlkes Cemetery, near Bakerville, TN). Cynthia Tomlinson was a sister of Emily Jackson Tomlinson, who m. Jacob Hogan Parchman; they were daughters of Uriah Tomlinson and Dilly Milam.
