Parensen family in Brakel, Hoxter, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany

Seeking information on the PARENSEN family from Brakel, Hoxter, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.

My Carl Josef PARENSEN was born there 18 May 1846, baptized on 21 May at Katholische Kirche Sankt Michael in Brakel and married there on 7 September 1872 to Ferdinandine "Dina" HILFER. Josef had already lived in the United States several years prior to this, and came back to marry Dina. They returned to the U.S. soon after their marriage. Josef was employed as a grocer in Chicago, Cook, Illinois. He and Dina had five children - an infant daughter, Elise, Josef, Dina Rosa and Johann. Only Elise survived to adulthood. Josef PARENSEN died 19 February 1882 in Chicago.

I believe Josef to be a son of Johannes Casparus PARENSEN and Friederika Louisa Wilhelmina HOKE.
