i'm looking for information on the LEWIS family.

Richard Lewis b. abt 1819 Lancashire, Eng. married Elizabeth Molineux 1842 Great Boughton, Cheshire, England.
They lived in Lancashire, toxteth park.

Because of England census records only going as far back at 1841, I cannot find any census records for Richard. I found Elizabeth in 1841 with her father Thomas. However, I cannot be exact as to where Richard was lcoated at that time. The only Richard I can find (not related to Rowland Lewis the pilot in toxteth park - his son Richard married a lady named Mary Fowler) was a record showing a 25 year old Richard Lewis living with his parents Richard Lewis (55), Grace Ann (50), siblings: John (30), Hugh (25),Mary (20), and Ellen (15). They wereliving in civil parish Liverpool in Liverpool, Lancashire, England. Registration district of Liverpool & subdistrict of Dale Street. It suggests that this Richard in question was born 1816.

The census report also gives an occupation for this Richard as (unreadable) Ruhee - i'm assuming it could be Bucher .... my Richard Lewis was a butcher! Can anyone verify this for me?
