Would you know of a William PARKS of Lincoln Co., GA back in early 1800's. Could he be connected to the William PARK, a merchant, in Bute/Warren Co., NC in 1760's. I know of a John Golden, Sr. who's granddaughter, Nancy Golden b:1776, may have been a widow of a PARKS (maybe in Wilkes Co.) and married my Mark Golden b:1762.

I've seen a John Golden, Sr. who was in Bute Co., NC in 1766 to 1773 and may be the same Golden in Lincoln Co., GA along with the Parks family.
