I have a William J. Parkins who was from London, Eng. probably born about 1859. He came to Ontario as a young man and married Minnie Robbins. They had 6 children -- Ila, Violet, William Leonard, Stanley, James, Harry. Harry was a barber in St. Thomas. The family lived on St. George Street. William J. lost his foot while working on the railroad. And he was killed by a lad on a fast horse on Jan 6, 1913 on his own street.
Anyone belong to this family?
