Ooops. If I'm reading the handwriting correctly, William has married Helena, and they have 2 young sons, and there is a step-son, 12, William SEARS, with them.
I cannot check the 1930 census, but it is available at www.ancestry.com (paid site), or there are people on the Mailing Lists at www.rootsweb.com that will do look-ups at the 1930 census.
If your father was born in 1924, it appears that he was born to his father's 2nd wife. And, it appears that your father had 7 older half-siblings. They are probably not living now.
There are about a dozen PARLEE's living in this area right now, and they are probably all descended from Edward and Ellen PARLEE.
Do you live in New England? You'd probably enjoy visiting the 2 farms. They're about 20-25 minute drive from each other.
