Leila PARLER-WILLIAMS m.30 June 1900 in Fla. Claude PARLER of St.George,S.C. Claude is a direct descendant of William PARLER (1736-1790) who fought in the Rev. War with Marion's Men. His brother, Shadrach (ca.1728) also fought for S.C. as a R.S. Their brother, James, remained in Va. and fought as a R.S. for Va. The fourth brother, Meshek died in 1750, and was the only one of the brothers not to have participated. William's son, John was also a R.S. for S.C.
