LOOKING FOR "PROFESSOR" JOHN C. PARLIN, NORRIDGEWOCK/CANTON, ME HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL. UNSURE OF FATHER, MOTHER'S LAST NAME WAS CRAWFORD. JOHN had 2 daughters, GLADYS AND HILDRED........JOHN STUDIED LICHENS, BOTANY, SELF-STUDY, LITTLE COLLEGE TRAINING..........MAINE COLLEGIANS DID FOLLOW HIS STUDIES AND COLLECTIONS, ALL LOST IN 1936 MAINE FLOOD. CANTON POINT WAS LAST RESIDENCE. IS LAKE PARLIN BY JACKMAN ANY RELAION?
