I too am researching my husband's connection to the Parlin family through his ancestor Josiah Whittemore who married Sarah Parlin. I was fortunate enough to have access for a short time to a site that allowed me to download the book " the Parlin Genealogy, Desc. of John Parlin". I have it on a zip disk so I am able to refer to it as time permits. I see you have cited the book as a source. I have written to your email address also, and I think we have corresponded in the past, but I wanted to list myself as another Parlin researcher so I could see updates to this topic.
